The Building Inspection will be carried out in accordance with RICS guidelines and will comprise an inspection and written report of the current progress of the construction of the building. The report will include relevant photographs which will be emailed or sent by post to the client as required.

For a new property under construction, I offer a small project management package of 6 visits, at 4 weekly intervals. The fee for Project Management will depend on the size and location of the property and the number of visits required.

Project Management can also include the supervision of renovation contracts with regular reports to the client.
